Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sponsors.page (the “Service”), including creator public pages, dashboards and related APIs. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who we are
The Service is provided by Gonzalo Rodriguez Gonzalez-Salamanca, a self-employed individual (autónomo) trading as sponsors.page, NIF 70423377E, Calle Cervantes 4, 2º I, 28400 Collado Villalba, Madrid, Spain. Email: support@sponsors.page. More details are in our Legal Notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create an account. If you create an account for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
4. Accounts
- You must give accurate registration details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Creator accounts claim a public subdomain (for example username.sponsors.page) and can publish deals and profile content.
- Brand accounts are currently available by invitation only.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to infringe anyone’s rights;
- publish misleading codes, offers or claims about compensation, or offers you are not authorised to share;
- impersonate any person or brand;
- try to bypass security, rate limits, verification or access controls;
- scrape, overload or interfere with the Service, except through documented and permitted use; or
- upload malware, or content that is illegal, hateful or exploitative.
6. Your content and offers
You keep ownership of everything you submit, such as profiles, logos, deal text and codes. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, copy, display and process that content as needed to run and promote the Service. That includes showing it on your public page and showing brand offers and logos on the pages of creators who share them. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept for a limited time in backups.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish, including any brand names and logos.
7. Advertising and disclosure
Deals, discount codes and affiliate links are advertising. As a creator, you are responsible for:
- clearly identifying sponsored content and commercial relationships, as required by Spanish and EU law (including Article 20 of the LSSI-CE and consumer protection rules) and by the platforms where you promote your page;
- making sure your codes, offers and statements about how purchases support you are accurate and current.
We do not broker, guarantee or underwrite deals between creators, brands and fans. Offers are fulfilled by the brand.
8. Reporting illegal content and moderation
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or breaches these Terms by emailing support@sponsors.page. Include the URL, an explanation of why the content is illegal, and your name and email (unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material). We will review reports promptly and with due care, and tell you what we decide.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts that break the law or these Terms. Our decisions are made by a person, sometimes with help from automated checks such as rate limits and bot detection. If we restrict your content or account, we will tell you why, which rule or law it is based on, and how you can contest the decision by replying to us. You can also go to court, or use any out-of-court dispute settlement body that is available.
9. Search and ranking
Where we list creators, brands or offers (for example on an Explore page), they are ordered mainly by relevance to the visitor’s search and filters, then by how recently the offer was published. Nobody can pay for a higher position.
10. Intellectual property
The Service’s software, name, branding and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reverse engineer the Service, except where mandatory law allows it.
11. Third-party services
Sign-in and integrations, such as Amazon Cognito, Google sign-in, Instagram Login and Cloudflare Turnstile, are provided by third parties under their own terms.
12. Availability and statistics
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will run without interruption or that click and impression statistics will always be complete. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights regarding the conformity of digital content and services under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
13. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or business opportunities. For business users, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or (b) €50.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU law.
14. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask for your account to be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may end your access to the Service by giving you at least 30 days’ notice by email. We may suspend or close an account immediately if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if needed to prevent fraud or harm to users or the Service. In every case we will tell you why, as described in Section 8.
Provisions that by nature should survive termination continue to apply, including intellectual property, liability and governing law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example to reflect new features or changes in the law. We will email account holders at least 15 days before material changes take effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account before the changes apply. Otherwise the new Terms will apply from the date given.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. Other disputes go to the courts of Madrid, Spain. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@sponsors.page.
17. Language
These Terms are available in English and Spanish. If the two versions differ, the version in the language you use the Service in takes precedence.
